Our primary product, HeatBlocker Ultra Performance Engine Exhaust Insulation, is designed to prevent engine fires caused by debris and flammable fluids. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive. The position is based in Oneida, IL, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Experience in sales, account management, and contract negotiation
Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
