You must be responsive, flexible, and exhibit a strong understanding of client needs. Responsibilities Developing a thorough understanding of your customers’ needs to ensure their requirements are met Responding to customers’ and suppliers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses Confirming, monitoring and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards Making arrangements for customers to receive specified reports as and when required Qualifications You must have experience with topping and tailing artwork.
