OVERVIEW Represent our company’s products with a deep and comprehensive understanding of applications and product solutions to identify customers’ needs and suggest solutions Increase market share, gain new customers in North America, primarily in the USA, and secondarily Mexico/Canada Meet sales targets through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies. FOCUS MARKET(S) Contribute to new business development in Existing Market(s) Develop new business in the Defense Market Focus Markets and associated performance metrics may be (re‑)defined at any time during your employment according to the needs of the Company and at the discretion of Management RESPONSIBILITIES Create, plan and present company and products with existing / new customers. Increase sales / profit of company’s market share for products and applications for anti‑vibration in North America, including primarily the United States but secondarily Mexico and Canada. Drive new business by focusing on new customers for existing products, new applications for existing products, and new product developments that align with GMT’s Global core capabilities Develop strong, ongoing relationships with existing and new customers. Being first contact for customers' needs and offer product solutions for different applications. Close cooperation with engineering to identify and offer application solutions to customers. Negotiate price and terms and prepare sales agreements. Represent the company and its products at trades shows. Prepare professional and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation executive‑level presentations. Qualifications Education Preferably Bachelor / Master's degree in business, sales or related field Experience Optimal five (5) years of experience as sales representative in our industry for anti‑vibration products and applications Ideal experience in a company being a US Army supplier for products and applications Current US Security Clearance preferred Skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Team, PowerPoint) Professionalism and strong work ethics Fluent in English, 2 nd language beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
