Smart Choice Partners – FL LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This agent will be responsible for daily servicing of clients’ accounts for processing and maintenance of exceptional customer relations with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients.
Manage and retain existing book of business
Requote/Remarket clients for all personal lines products if needed and/or requested by the client.
Cross-Sell additional lines of insurance suited for our clients.
Generate referrals from satisfied clients.
Resolve client inquiries and concerns.
Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Follow up as necessary to ensure work is completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance and customer service is required.
Candidates with a 440 ,220 or 20-44 Florida State Insurance License are required.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly self-motivated.
Demonstrates well-developed computer skills (internet, email, keyboarding).
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, customers, and the public.
Knowledge of EZLynx Management system is a plus.
Knowledge of Quote Rush quoting system is a plus.
