If you're organized, personable, and eager to be part of a trusted team that’s been serving clients for over 40 years, this could be your next great opportunity. What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate and attend 1–2 client-facing educational seminars each week (typically evenings) Provide a welcoming presence at the front desk and over the phone Manage follow-up for seminar attendees and schedule client appointments Keep the calendar, CRM, and client communications running smoothly Assist with event planning, setup, registration, and follow-up Support our advisors and team with marketing materials and administrative tasks Help maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful touches and service What We’re Looking For : Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, confident, and caring presence with clients Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a dynamic role Background in events, hospitality, or office administration is a plus Insurance or securities licensing is a bonus and may increase compensation Flexibility to work 1–2 evenings a week (you’ll receive time off or comp hours accordingly) Compensation & Culture: Bonuses & Incentives: Based on performance and contribution Environment: Friendly, professional, and stable — not a startup or high-pressure sales culture Perks: Join a respected team that values integrity, service, and long-term client relationships Ready to Apply?
