The Brand & Content Lead ensures that everything we share reflects the aesthetic, tone, and level of care that define our work. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. The Brand & Content Lead helps shape Mayker’s brand presence while also actively producing and publishing the content that brings it to life. What You’ll Do The Brand & Content Lead oversees Mayker’s brand presence across channels—ensuring that everything we publish is thoughtful, cohesive, and aligned with the company’s vision. This role balances strategy and execution, developing thoughtful brand initiatives while also carrying the day‑to‑day work of producing and publishing content. Brand & Content Stewardship Maintain and evolve Mayker’s visual and written brand voice across platforms Plan and execute brand content across Instagram, email campaigns, and the Mayker website Translate projects, collaborations, and company initiatives into thoughtful storytelling Ensure consistency and polish across all brand touchpoints, digital and physical Maintain a consistent rhythm of brand communication throughout the year Campaigns & Brand Visibility Develop seasonal campaigns and storytelling initiatives that highlight Mayker’s work and offerings Identify opportunities to elevate Mayker’s visibility through thoughtful partnerships, collaborations, or featuresSupport initiatives that strengthen relationships with planners, venues, and creative partners Maintain a clear content calendar across social, email, and web platforms Track performance across key channels including Instagram, email campaigns, and website engagement Use platform insights and analytics to understand what resonates with our audience Make thoughtful recommendations about what to continue, evolve, or test based on engagement and response This role balances creative intuition with analytical awareness, ensuring Mayker’s brand presence is both beautiful and effective. Project & Team Integration This role stays closely connected to the work happening within the company. Work with leadership, client services, and production teams to understand upcoming projects and initiatives Translate real projects and collaborations into thoughtful brand storytelling Stay close to the work and the team in order to capture the spirit of what Mayker creates Attend key installations, events, or internal moments when appropriate to gather insight and material for storytelling Creative Production Design brand collateral including promotional materials, presentations, and branded items Develop visual assets used in marketing campaigns and announcements Ensure all materials reflect Mayker’s aesthetic and standards of presentation Who You’ll Report To Founder, CEO, & Strategic Director What to Know This role is ideally full‑time (approximately 40 hours per week), though we are open to a schedule of 20+ hours per week for the right candidate. The position is primarily based in Nashville, though remote candidates may be considered depending on the caliber of work and demonstrated ability to communicate and perform at a high level. Because this role stays close to the work and the team, occasional presence at installations, events, or internal moments may be helpful for capturing brand storytelling and staying connected to the projects we bring to life. Mayker is a small and collaborative team, and this role requires someone who is excited to both shape ideas and execute them directly. Candidates who move forward in the process will be asked to share a portfolio and may be invited to complete a brief sample exercise that demonstrates their interpretation and understanding of the Mayker brand. Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually (or hourly equivalent), depending on experience and capabilities.
