About the role Department Retail Marketing Mentor's Title Director, Retail Marketing Start Date Summer 2026 Working with Retail Marketing and sales teams, this position will support Retail initiatives and programs. This position will be responsible for updating and improving content on the Retail portion of Leviton.com, creating visually engaging digital and training materials, and assisting in enhancing training resources while supporting the business development efforts of the sales force. Responsibilities Design and format visual content, graphics, and layouts for digital, web, and training materials aligned with brand standards Utilize new Oracle tool to create and update information on Leviton.com Work on updating current training materials and develop new material Manage gathering of information and content for Ace digital dropship order form Responsible for overseeing updates to Salesforce.com Comply with departmental procedures as well as find areas for process improvement Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms preferred Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Must have strong presentation skills and well developed interpersonal skills Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word Must have strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills Experience with graphic design and visual content creation required Education & Experience Must be a student currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher pursing a degree in Marketing What We Offer Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
