Nova Group, GBC is seeking an exceptional Business Development Associate to contribute to our west coast US sales objectives. As a Business Development Associate, you will support Nova’s Business Development team while learning the full sales lifecycle with the goal of becoming fully client-facing. Responsibilities include: Assist with sales outreach activities, including prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups Conduct market and client research to support lead generation and new business opportunities Support sales team with sales preparation, materials, presentations, and CRM management Participate in required real estate, finance, and sales training programs with the expectation of progressing into direct revenue-producing responsibilities Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements Research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities Stay current with new Nova service lines and capabilities Other duties as assigned Requirements Experience in sales, finance, or commercial real estate sales, finance or due diligence industry (1-3+ years) Working knowledge of the commercial real estate industry transaction processes and flow CRM software experience Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics Strong communication and team relationship skills Availability to travel BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Economics, or other relevant fields The salary range of $70K -100K+ annually for this position is Nova Group’s good‑faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s experience, skills, education, production, location and other job-related factors.
