Internally this position is called the Marketing Coordinator. As a member of the team, you'll get the chance to collaborate across teams on a daily basis, partnering with tech, production, event coordination, editorial, and sales to promote our products, build our brand, and connect the commercial real estate industry. This is a hybrid role in office 3 days a week and from home 2 days per week; located at 123 William Street. Bisnow is the leading B2B media platform powering the commercial real estate industry. We pride ourselves on a global mindset coupled with hyper‑local execution. Key Responsibilities Lead event marketing for various top‑tier markets. Own all aspects of the marketing plan and execution focused on driving attendee ticket sales including email marketing, promotional messaging, ad placement, newsletters, social media, and more. Analyze and refine data using reporting tools such as Iterable, Google Analytics, and SocialFlow to understand conversion rates, optimize performance, and identify opportunities to drive marketing forward and increase revenue. Improve product and event performance using data and analytics, as well as marketing best practices, to strengthen our portfolio and drive sales. Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive demand generation for advertisers, working on content marketing, ad campaigns, search engine marketing, and other tools to deliver inbound leads to sales. Collaborate with production and sales teams to create strategies and messaging that resonates with local audiences. What are we looking for? Must have 1–3 years of marketing experience in media, live events, or a digital role. Must have experience in email marketing, ideally focused on event promotion or other promotional campaigns. Experience building, optimizing and reporting on multichannel marketing campaigns. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and pivot in response to change. Team‑oriented while also capable of independent work. Experience with Iterable (or another email marketing tool), Google Analytics, Canva, and event marketing is a must. What's in it for you? Competitive compensation structure!
