Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role ( Possible remote work for right candidate) based in Cypress, TX, for a Business Development Representative. Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads via phone calls, setting meetings, promoting the company’s truckload services, and driving revenue growth. Work with director of sales to close deals from meetings set and log activity in CRM.
Qualifications
Ability to make 50-100 calls a day while handling objections and keeping a positive attitude
Experience in Inside Sales via cold calling is a plus
Experience in logistics or transportation services is a plus
Strong Communication and ability to build relationships over the phone
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
