Candidates must have the ability to travel to North and Latin America if required. Employment Type: Full-time or Independent Contractor Reports To: Program Manager / Director of Projects Role Summary Prismecs is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to support our Power & Energy team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in marketing, communications, or business development who is interested in the energy and power generation industry . The Marketing Specialist will assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations, and content that support our engineering and project teams. You will work closely with leadership, engineers, and project managers to help communicate Prismecs’ services and project capabilities to clients. Training and guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Support Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations Help create client-facing documents such as project summaries and capability sheets Support the preparation of proposal materials and bid documents Work with technical teams to understand project information and help present it clearly Sales & Business Development Support Assist with preparing pitch decks and marketing presentations Help research potential clients and market opportunities Support the team in tracking business development opportunities Help organize project references and marketing content Digital & Brand Support Assist with website updates and LinkedIn content Support marketing campaigns and company announcements Ensure materials follow Prismecs branding and messaging guidelines Help track engagement and marketing activity Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Strong communication and writing skills Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Interest in the energy, infrastructure, or engineering industry Preferred (Not Required) Internship or early experience in marketing or business support Familiarity with LinkedIn, marketing tools, or CRM systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
