Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Planning
Execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to revenue goals and sales priorities as outlined in the annual marketing plan.
Execute events and tradeshows from the annual marketing plan that clearly defines target audiences, lead goals, KPIs, and expected ROI.
Evaluate and prioritize marketing channels (events, campaigns, outbound programs, partnerships, content) based on performance and business impact.
Recommend investments and adjustments using data, not assumptions.
Own the full lead lifecycle, from first touch through Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and handoff to Sales.
Design and execute lead development programs including outbound campaigns, event-driven follow-up, email nurtures, and targeted account outreach.
Establish clear MQL definitions, scoring criteria, and qualification standards in partnership with Sales.
Ensure timely lead routing, follow-up, and visibility within Microsoft CE.
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel, event-based marketing campaigns that support lead creation and pipeline acceleration.
Manage participation in selected trade shows, conferences, and networking events as lead-generation vehicles.
Ensure all campaigns (events, email, outbound, digital) include defined objectives, success metrics, and follow-up plans.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure execution aligns with strategy and timelines.
ROI, Reporting & Performance Optimization
Track and report marketing performance using KPIs such as MQL volume, cost per lead (CPL), lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, and influenced revenue.
Deliver monthly and post-campaign ROI reports with clear insights.
Analyze performance trends and continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency and results.
Maintain accurate data and reporting within Microsoft CE and Monday.com.
Partner with Sales to ensure marketing programs support pipeline needs and territory priorities.
Engage regularly with sales to review lead quality, conversion outcomes, and feedback.
Enable Sales with insights, messaging, and campaign context to improve close rates.
Brand & Messaging Consistency
Ensure all marketing activities reflect a consistent, compelling brand and value proposition.
Collaborate with Graphic Design and content resources to develop effective campaign assets and sales enablement materials.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or lead development roles.
Demonstrated experience managing leads, campaigns, and performance reporting tied to revenue outcomes.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond tactics and focus on business impact and ROI.
Lead Development Expertise: Strong understanding of lead qualification, nurturing, and sales handoff processes.
Analytics & Reporting: Proven ability to analyze data, track ROI, and make recommendations based on performance.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft CE (Dynamics), or similar CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools; familiarity with Monday.com and Constant Contact is a plus.
Communication: Clear, confident written and verbal communication both internally with marketing and sales stakeholders and externally with leads and customers.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Self-Direction: Comfortable working independently, prioritizing work, and driving initiatives forward without constant oversight.
Travel & Physical Requirements Travel: Up to 40% annually for events, meetings, and on-site execution.
Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and support event setup as needed.
