This is a client service role with significant advancement opportunities and pathways to sales and production. Prior experience working within the Insurance Industry preferred. Applied Epic knowledge preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to build client relationships. Effective time‑management skills, willingness to learn, and coachable. Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook. Responsibilities Assisting clients with a variety of insurance applications and policies. Issuing policies/binders, processing policy change requests, and processing payments. Assisting clients with quotes, renewals, and re‑writes. Preparing Proof of Insurance and issuing Certificates of Insurance. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and teammates. Providing support to Commercial Lines Producers. Utilizing the Agency Management System to document all activity performed and log insured and carrier correspondence. Accepting and processing insured payments, responding to billing/cancellation inquiries, and processing cancellations. Providing backup support, such as answering incoming calls, and other administrative work as needed. Sending documentation to insureds to obtain signatures (including eSignatures), in a timely fashion, and maintaining them in the Agency Management System or within carrier systems. Adhering to Agency Errors & Omissions guidelines. Compensation and Benefits Starting pay at $48,000 /yr. Pay based on experience. Sales commission and bonuses available.
