Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Advanced Tech Marketing.
Responsibilities
Business Integration: Help lead the development and execution of an advanced technology roadmap that is closely aligned with Genpact’s business objectives, ensuring robust interlock with operations, marketing, finance, and client delivery.
Marketing Strategy & Project Management: Develop and manage the integrated marketing plan for Advanced Tech, overseeing projects from conception to completion to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Brand Management: Manage and enhance the Genpact brand within Advanced Tech, ensuring all marketing communications and materials are consistent, professional, and reinforce our position as a trusted industry leader.
Demand Generation & Lead Management: Design and execute campaigns (events, digital, email, sales enablement, etc.) to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and support the business development pipeline. Ensure all leads are tracked and managed through the lead management process.
Event Management & Execution: Plan and manage industry events and conferences, from strategy and logistics to execution and post-event follow-up, to maximize engagement and ROI. Also, manage the communication and orchestration of all relevant global marketing initiatives including Brand, AI & Advanced Tech, Genpact Next and NextGen events into the Advanced Tech business teams.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement targeted ABM programs for key strategic accounts, creating personalized marketing initiatives to defend and grow revenue with a deliberate and systematic approach to engagement and experiences.
Content Creation & Management: Oversee the development of high-impact, thought leadership content (e.g., whitepapers, blogs, articles, case studies, sales enablement) that address client challenges and showcases our expertise.
Digital Marketing & Channel Management: Manage the Advanced Tech social media strategy, website content, and digital presence to engage our target audience, enhance our digital footprint, and support campaign objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the tracking and reporting of the marketing budget for Advanced Tech including planning, forecasting, tracking and analysis.
Performance Analytics: Help track and prepare regular reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics to inform future strategy.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue opportunities for joint marketing activations with technology partners, advisors, and industry analysts to amplify reach and drive innovation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
Relevant years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on technology, digital solutions, or enterprise-level campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, including demand generation and brand management.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex campaigns or programs on time and within budget.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related advanced field.
Experience in marketing for advanced technologies such as AI, cloud, data, or next-generation tech solutions.
Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, and digital campaign management.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement, including reporting on ROI and key metrics.
Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and manage joint marketing initiatives with technology partners, advisors, or industry analysts.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
