Personal Lines Account Manager We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to assist with a growing book of business at a local independent agency. Ideal candidates have a few years of Personal Lines Insurance experience, familiarity with management systems like AMS360 or Applied Epic, and hold an active Property & Casualty license . Responsibilities Process endorsements, audits, policy changes, and maintain follow-up lists and policy details. Prepare and process renewal information requests and certificates. Monitor communication with clients to manage or update information, provide quotes, bind coverages, and assist with potential cross‑selling opportunities. Maintain client confidentiality, demonstrate integrity and a positive attitude, and help promote an engaging work environment.
