smartdept. is searching for an eCommerce Marketing Operations Support professional for a medical services client located in Bedford, OH (Cleveland area). The ideal candidate will come with ~2+ years of experience. This is a full-time, hybrid, direct hire opportunity, requiring 3 days per week onsite, with the remainder remote. Compensation for this position is expected to be $22–$25/hour, depending on experience level and fit. This role supports both the eCommerce and Marketing Operations functions within a growing, family-owned medical services organization. The position is designed to bridge day-to-day execution across teams while supporting evolving processes, collaboration, and communication. What You’ll Do: Support eCommerce initiatives, accounting for approximately 60% of the role Support Marketing Operations initiatives, accounting for approximately 40% of the role Work cross-functionally with marketing and e-commerce team members in a matrix organization Participate proactively in team workflows with visibility across functions Communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders Contribute ideas, ask questions, and support process development in a growing department What You’ll Need: Education/Experience: Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience Open to early-career candidates with the right mindset Customer service experience is a plus Nice-to-Have Skills: Strong communication skills Comfort working in a collaborative, transparent management environment Ability to adapt and support evolving processes Willingness to work without heavy guardrails Comfort contributing ideas and working cross-functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
