Corporate Recruiter - Contract (Global Media Company)

Seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the talent team and support hiring across a fast-paced, global media organization. This role will support recruitment across editorial/creative and enabling functions (finance, legal, business affairs, HR), partnering closely with senior leaders to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent for high-impact roles. Responsibilities Manage full life-cycle recruiting for critical roles within assigned business groups Build and cultivate strong relationships with client groups by understanding business objectives and providing solutions to talent needs Collaborate with your recruiting peers and the extended HR team to contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy Collaborate with hiring managers to reinforce and improve the recruitment process; provide ongoing coaching and development Maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external vendors to ensure achievement of recruitment goals Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in media with demonstrated success hiring across editorial/creative and corporate enabling functions (financial, legal, HR, etc.) Ability to work independently, manage multiple reqs, and thrive in a fast-moving environment Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in high-expectation environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
