African Economic Development Solutions (AEDS) is a nonprofit CDFI devoted to creating economic chances for African immigrant communities in the U.S. It was established in 2008. AEDS provides culturally sensitive support to entrepreneurs and leaders, enhancing economic, community and social wealth. The position is part of the Literacy Leadership AmeriCorps VISTA program of Literacy Minnesota (LitMN). Literacy Minnesota fosters an organizational culture that is welcoming to all.
