International Sales and Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Responsibilities: International Sales and Marketing Manager Department: SANY Marine Location: Hybrid Bedburg Reporting to: Regional Sales Director / General Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and expand SANY Marine’s sales operations in the regional market. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting SANY Marine’s full range of telehandlers . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Telehandlers . Lead and expand a high-performing sales across the German. Manage key accounts including major rental companies and equipment dealers. Build strong relationships with OEM dealers, rental companies, and end users. Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine strategy. Collaborate with product, marketing, and service teams to align goals. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and dealer programs. Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report performance to executive team. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, marine engineering, or port machinery industry. Strong knowledge of the regions port and marine markets. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
