We are seeking an
Account Supervisor / PR & Media Lead
with strong experience in
PR, corporate communications, and client management
for
U.S.-based agencies and clients , ideally within
life sciences or science‑driven industries .
This is a
hands‑on, client‑facing leadership role
covering
PR execution, earned and paid media, corporate communications, investor relations support, and strategic storytelling . The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent writer, and thrives in
high‑ownership, fast‑paced environments .
Lead recurring client calls and manage 1:1 projects across PR, communications, and investor relations.
Own agendas, timelines, deliverables, and overall client satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring proactive communication and high‑quality execution.
Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, op‑eds, corporate messaging, website copy, social content, and executive talking points.
Translate complex scientific or technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences (media, investors, executives, general public).
Build and maintain highly targeted U.S. media lists.
Identify earned‑media opportunities and manage outreach cycles, follow‑ups, and coverage tracking.
Coordinate announcements, launches, and thought leadership placements.
Support investor‑facing materials such as pitch decks, milestone charts, financing announcements, and Q&A documents.
Assist with investor outreach sequences and conference follow‑ups.
Ensure scientific and business narratives are accurate, clear, and investor‑ready.
Project Coordination & Strategic Support
Manage trackers, calendars, workflows, and deadlines across multiple accounts.
Anticipate needs, identify risks, and ensure smooth execution.
Contribute to corporate narrative development, launch communications, and conference visibility planning.
Create social media calendars, thought leadership content, email sequences, and campaign assets.
Support paid media initiatives, including campaign coordination and performance tracking.
Collaborate on digital campaigns to drive visibility, inbound engagement, and credibility for leadership teams.
5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or agency roles.
U.S. agency experience or direct work with U.S. clients (strongly preferred).
Life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or other technical/science‑driven industries (preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently.
Strong writing skills with flexibility across formats and audiences.
Google Ads (required)
– experience coordinating, managing, or supporting paid campaigns.
HubSpot and Canva (design proficiency required).
Strong understanding of the U.S. media landscape and media‑list building.
Comfortable working with performance metrics and campaign reporting.
A
verifiable portfolio in PDF format

Press releases
Campaigns (earned and/or paid)
Thought leadership or corporate communications materials
Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven.
Strong ownership mentality with confidence leading client relationships.
