Who YOU Are: You are a rising college senior who is interested in PR and would like to join our Boston team for the summer, and: Ideally, you are a communications or journalism major, but we welcome applicants from all fields of study and backgrounds who are interested in PR You are interested in gaining hands on experience in financial and professional services PR You will be in the Greater Boston area for the summer and are able to join our team weekly in-person for 2 days a week in our Cambridge office You are able to commit 18-24 hours a week to the role You can maintain an extremely detail-oriented approach You can adapt in a fast-paced environment You read the news and like to follow and identify trends You are a strong writer who is interested in building their client voice What You Will Gain: Hands-on experiential learning of core PR strategies Exposure to W&W client roster An understanding of media list development Analysis of news cycle to help develop pitch angles Experience reaching out to real reporters to pitch story ideas Experience with client-facing communications Public speaking experience and the opportunity to showcase your PR learnings through the development of a media campaign and presentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
