About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue growth for our company. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of our products or services.
What You’ll Do Client Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and develop strong, trusted relationships.
Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Account Management Develop and implement account plans to achieve growth and retention targets.
Monitor account performance and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Sales and Revenue Generation Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Product Knowledge Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services and stay updated on industry trends.
Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best practices.
Reporting and Analysis Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in client engagement and revenue generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Provide feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Customer Satisfaction Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to continually improve service quality.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Compensation $25 per hour + Commission
