
Account Executive

The Account Executive will support our underwear business across key brands and retail accounts. This role works closely with buyers and partners daily and collaborates with teams including Design, Production, Sourcing, Packaging, Planning, and Operations to support all aspects of the business. The Account Executive plays an active role in growing distribution and helping develop brands and accounts.
Responsibilities:
Present assortments to accounts, support line build-out, communicate pricing, and track orders through completion
Build trusted relationships and maintain ongoing partnerships with current accounts
Partner daily with Planning, Design, Production, Sourcing, and Operations teams to align on product details, pricing, inventory, and order placement
Review monthly and annual sales, shipping, and margins by account and share insights to support financial goals
Communicate regularly with buyers to provide updates, manage changes, and support ongoing business needs
Collaborate with the Design team to review performance, identify trends, and help guide future SKU plans using customer feedback
Manage inventory across accounts to support in-season needs and future opportunities
Shop the market to track trends, competitor pricing, and new-to-market products
Prospect and help develop new retail accounts to support business growth
Maintain costing files for all accounts
Create and maintain buy sheets by gender and account according to buyer updates
Maintain showroom organization and prepare the space for account meetings
Qualifications:
BA or BS preferred
3+ years’ wholesale experience
Account management experience; Off-Price and Club accounts preferred
Strong Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs)
SAP experience preferred
Experience calculating margins and maintaining sales files/reports
Ability to multitask, have a high sense of urgency, and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Ability to work both on a team and independently
Annual salary range starting at $80,000
