We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales team based in Madrid to cover the regions of MENA and South Asia. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry‑leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest‑growing sector. Performance Objectives Representing our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them. Proactively seeking new leads and business opportunities in the market. Using Salesforce (CRM, sales engagement platform), cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities. Setting up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives. Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps. Identifying best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook. Identifying prospects’ needs and suggesting appropriate products/services. Reporting to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results and refining and/or updating the local market situation. Market analysis (news, studies, reports) to update priorities and help with the POD strategy. Marketing activities (exploring beneficial events, associations, etc.) to help boost awareness and find quality leads to manage a healthy pipeline. Competitive Candidate Profile C2 in English and French. Cross‑cultural communication and high ethics code is required – we are a diverse company with 22+ nationalities. Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email. Ability to work under pressure during the most active sales seasons. Ability to “read between the lines” and identify key pain points of potential customers. High self‑discipline and ability to balance remote and on‑site work. Desired Skills Studies in Business and Engineering are positively valued. C2 level in Arabic. Previous work experience in Solar PV industry, especially in DACH. #J-18808-Ljbffr
