Role Description
The Senior Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, MO. Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and relationship management
Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Collaboration
Familiarity with Market Research and Lead Generation
Experience in crafting client presentations and proposals

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
