This is a stable, base salary role with bonus opportunity and strong inbound lead flow. No cold calling required. WHAT YOU’LL DO Convert agency provided inbound leads Manage and grow an assigned Personal and Commercial Lines book Market new and renewal business across multiple carriers Present coverage proposals and identify coverage gaps Cross sell within existing accounts Conduct renewal reviews and retention strategy Issue binders, certificates, endorsements and policy changes Meet structured monthly premium production goals REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years Property & Casualty experience in an Independent Agency Experience with both Personal and Commercial Lines Proven ability to close new business Experience marketing across multiple carriers Proficiency in AMS360, AgencyZoom and PL Rater preferred Strong documentation, organization and communication skills BENEFITS Base salary stability Structured monthly production bonus Established book of business Long term growth opportunity NEXT STEPS Just hit the “Apply” button above and you’re half-way home!
