Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Orlando, FL. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing product recommendations, coordinating orders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role will also require collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with UMI’s product offerings and solutions.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and client communication skills
Experience in account management, sales, or customer support
Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored product recommendations
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
Familiarity with stone or construction materials is a plus
Proficiency in CRM platforms and other business-related software is preferred
Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and deliver solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
