We are seeking a Private Client Account Executive to join our growing platform.
The Role You will be entrusted with a portfolio of complex personal risk clients. The position is ideal for someone who understands the nuance of serving sophisticated clients and is ready to operate at a higher standard.
This includes:
Designing, managing, and evolving bespoke personal insurance programs
Advising on high-value homes, collections, automobiles, and layered liability structures
Delivering a proactive, anticipatory client experience, before needs are articulated
Collaborating with leadership and carrier partners to structure thoughtful, tailored solutions
Maintaining absolute attention to detail, documentation, and execution
The Profile The ideal candidate:
Has 3–7 years of experience in personal lines with meaningful exposure to private client / HNW business
Understands the ecosystem of premium carriers (e.g., Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, etc.)
Communicates with polish, discretion, and confidence
Operates with a high degree of ownership and internal accountability
Is highly organized, detail-driven, and quietly relentless about execution
Thrives in an environment where standards are high and expectations are unspoken but understood
Has experience with Applied EPIC
Compensation Competitive base salary aligned with experience
