Canvassing Supervisor / Field Marketing Team Lead

Lead a 4-6 person canvassing team generating homeowner leads in residential neighborhoods. $19.50/hour + performance bonuses. Window Nation is hiring a Canvassing Supervisor / Field Marketing Team Lead in our Columbus market to manage a canvassing team in the field, track daily performance, and generate leads alongside the team. What You'll Do Lead a 4-6 person canvassing team in residential neighborhoods Run a daily pre-shift huddle and assign territories Generate homeowner leads alongside your team Track daily lead counts and individual performance Send daily results reports to management What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications) High school diploma or GED 2+ years managing a KPI-driven team (sales, canvassing, fundraising, retail, etc.) Ability to walk or stand up to 5 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation Valid driver’s license Note: This position involves operating a company vehicle. Candidates must meet Window Nation’s driving and insurance standards. Driving records will be verified before hire and periodically thereafter in accordance with state laws and company policy.
