Compensation: To $150K. Job Overview – Product Marketing Manager – 34137 We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to guide and manage the lifecycle of industrial equipment products and related components. This role is highly visible and business-critical, partnering closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations to ensure products meet customer requirements, operational demands, and market opportunities. In this role you will: Manage the lifecycle of industrial equipment products and related components Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and enhance products, components, and features Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify product opportunities and performance requirements Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and technology developments within the industrial equipment sector Partner with sales and commercial teams to understand customer requirements, pricing dynamics, and market positioning Support the development of product strategies including pricing guidance, value propositions, and competitive differentiation Develop product requirements, technical documentation, functional specifications, and concept drawings Participate in design reviews, product testing, validation, and field performance evaluations Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, and reliability Support new product introductions, product launches, and engineering change processes Gather feedback from customers, field service teams, and sales to identify product enhancements and improvement opportunities Requirements 3+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical roles within industrial, manufacturing, or equipment environments Strong understanding of mechanical or manufacturing engineering principles Familiarity with industrial equipment, machinery, or energy sector products is a plus Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial product strategies Experience conducting market research and analyzing competitive products Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and independently Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with technical and commercial teams Additional Job Details Workplace Policy: Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior Level About Our Process We will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
