As an Account Executive , you will be responsible for growing Courier Health’s presence in the life sciences market by partnering with emerging biopharma companies of all sizes to support their transition to patient-centric operations. This is a highly visible role at Courier Health that requires deep industry expertise and domain knowledge. You will partner closely with innovative life sciences companies to establish long-term partnerships and extend our reach.
What You’ll Do Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation/execution to delivery handoff
Analyze and relate customer’s vision to Courier Health value propositions/solutions
Cultivate relationships that provide direct access to key decision makers across Commercial & IT organizations
Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
Represent the Company at industry associations and events
Report and maintain opportunities, notes, contacts, and accounts in internal CRM system
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software or technology sales and account management
Expertise with Life Sciences industry technology and processes, preferably commercial operations
Ability to partner and collaborate across business, IT, and operational functions
Proven track record of cultivating C-suite relationships across multiple business functions
Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close large, multi-million-dollar contracts
Track record of consistently exceeding quota and sales targets
Ability to articulate complex value propositions to VP & C-level customers
Ability to travel as needed to spend time onsite with customers depending on location
Preference for candidates located in the following locations: NY/NJ, PHI, BOS, CHI, SF, SD, RTP

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $100,000 - $160,000. This role is also eligible for variable compensation, as well as equity.
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential range for this role. Please note that actual salary may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
