Base pay range $30.00/hr - $34.00/hr
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Sales Representative responsible for selling the company's products or services. Responsibilities include contacting prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and demonstrations, and quoting customer prices. The role covers accounts within an established geographic territory, limited industry, product segment, or channel, requiring 5-7 years of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships at all levels within assigned accounts.
Champion account needs internally and externally to balance customer needs, sales, and profitability.
Lead, train, and educate sales and marketing teams to promote and advocate brands.
Achieve sales quotas, targets, and growth goals.
Analyze revenue, sales targets, and account expenses.
Ensure accuracy in pricing, listings, reporting, etc., to maintain profitability.
Schedule and facilitate regular conference calls with accounts and partner teams.
Develop sales reports with key insights for leadership.
Present sales strategies to high-level executives.
Manage retail inventory and sales forecasting.
Coordinate with interdepartmental teams such as Marketing, Logistics, Accounting, etc.
Discover and build new relationships within accounts to uncover opportunities.
Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and pricing.
Define and drive retail strategies within assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years experience in retail sales, with electronics, PCs, gaming, or Amazon experience a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
Detail-oriented, problem solver, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
