Responsibilities
Responsible for channel development and maintenance for vaping products in designated regions, including wholesalers, distributors, and retail stores.
Develop and execute regional channel expansion plans to achieve sales targets and distribution goals.
Collaborate with the field promotion team to drive in-store displays, product visibility, and promotional activities.
Maintain key client relationships, coordinate pricing strategies, rebate policies, and allocation of market resources.
Collect market intelligence, analyze competitor dynamics, and provide timely feedback on channel and retail performance.
Strictly adhere to company compliance requirements, ensuring all channel operations align with legal regulations and brand standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above; valid U.S. visa (Citizenship or Green Card preferred); valid driver's license; strong English communication skills; ability to live and work independently in the U.S.; Marketing or related majors preferred.
2+ years of experience in U.S. channel sales or channel management within the vaping industry.
Familiar with the U.S. distribution system and retail operations; proven ability to independently develop channels.
Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills; capable of working under pressure to meet sales targets.
Experience in team management or project execution is a plus.
