Overview Fortinet Strategic Partnerships – Senior Sales
In a high-impact, high-visibility role, you will manage and drive direct sales engagements into the Strategic Hyperscaler business. You will leverage deep hyperscaler relationships to create and implement strategic account plans aimed at enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services. Develop and expand executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process. Coordinate with internal groups to generate and deliver Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work. Negotiate terms to achieve win/win results that support strong ongoing relationships.
Reports to VP Strategic Partnerships.
Responsibilities Developing and expanding long-term, trusted customer relationships
Generating enterprise business opportunities and managing the sales process through to closure
Achieving agreed quarterly sales goals
Generating a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecasting pipeline
Required Skills Minimum 7+ years sales experience selling to Hyperscaler (Cloud) accounts
Minimum 5-7 years selling complex enterprise technology solutions (software, infrastructure, security)
Demonstrated success selling into Hyperscaler accounts
Demonstrated pre-existing relationships within Hyperscaler accounts
Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability
Experience closing large 7- and 8-figure deals
Excellent presentation skills to executives and individual contributors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, independent thinker who can move deals through the selling cycle
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Competitive, self-starter, hunter-type mentality
Education BS or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred

On-target earnings for this position are expected to be $220,000-$280,000 per year (subject to factors such as knowledge, skill, qualifications, experience, and geographic location). All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, and this position is eligible for commissions under the Sales Compensation Plan.
