Responsibilities Perform keyword research to identify target keywords Implement SEO best practices to optimize on‑site SEO tags Optimize copy to support our keyword targeting goals Develop link building strategies to grow site authority and keyword rankings Discuss strategy and insights on client calls or in‑person meetings Develop, communicate and execute strategy, set up meeting agendas, build customized reporting, optimize, and be an ally to our clients Collaborate across the paid media teams to help create blended paid media strategies that have the client’s KPI and goals as the north star Play an integral role as a lead on a number of our accounts Skills & Experience Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills 1+ year(s) of experience in hands‑on, day to day management of SEO accounts Experience writing SEO tags, optimizing content, and link building Ability to examine and understand data to drive decision making Analytical thinker—always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up Ability to manage tasks between different departments Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day‑to‑day tasks Experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and/or ScreamingFrog a plus Experience in Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Storyblock, or Magento a plus Experience creating new internal company processes to improve workflows a plus $60,000-$75,000 Unlimited PTO Empower 401(k) with up to 4% company match $300 yearly continuing education stipend Company donation match of up to $400 a year for any employee donations made to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization And much more!
