About The Opportunity Corporate Traveler, a multi-billion-dollar global organization is seeking an Account Executive who will thrive in a culture of ownership and unlimited growth opportunity within our North American region in the SME market. You are a proven hunter & closer with a track record of quota attainment and overachievement. Our sales process focuses on problem solving and creating value for our customers as soon as we engage with them. You’ll work with key decision makers on strategies and recommendations around our technology and customer service solutions. Key Responsibilities Identifying, qualifying, and winning new business within our ideal customer profile Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline Creating and maintaining relationships with key contacts in prospective accounts Delivery of results against set objectives & KPI Implementing and utilizing tech stack to full capacity Navigating educational pathways to continue your personal development within the travel industry Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and use solution selling to win Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills Experience with Salesforce and/or sales automation and other sales technology platforms is strongly desired Continually seek improvement and offer support and encouragement to those around you Experience presenting virtually and face to face to C-Suite Experience planning, developing, and executing business development strategies Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in marketing, inside sales, customer success, operations, and enablement to achieve a shared outcome Work Perks Have fun: At the heart of everything we do at Flight Centre is a desire to have fun. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $75,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on targets. The salary is dependent on factors including experience and location. On target earnings range between $75,000 - $100,000. This represents total compensation excluding benefits.
