Executive Director, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment Our client, a global broadcast media and entertainment company, is actively looking for an Insights & Measurement Analyst to join their team in NYC! This role is onsite hybrid so local candidates are required.
***This is a 4 month contract position***
This team is looking for an experienced researcher/insights specialist to join their Audience & Partnerships team within the Insights & Measurements group! This person will work with the team in developing insightful and actionable research used in sales strategy and positioning for all sales categories, focused on audience data targeting products and digital partnerships (including FAST, Social, YouTube). Additionally, this person will work cross-functionally in the planning, creation and communication of trends and insights through data analysis and storytelling.
Responsibilities
Leverage first-party, syndicated and custom research tools and resources to develop data and insights-driven narratives and resources to support advertising clients & to educate and differentiate audience data targeting products and digital partnerships in the marketplace
Uncover and monitor media and consumer behavior trends (e.g., FAST, YouTube and social viewership) to develop insights that would support driving education for ad partners navigating the digital video landscape
Manage flow of incoming client requests through Salesforce to ensure prompt response and timely assignment
Utilize resources and tools to respond to RFP/RFIs and support business priorities
Collaborate with other members of the Insights & Measurement team in creating insights
Required Skills & Experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in linear/digital/cross-platform media research applications including but not limited to: Nielsen NPower, Lake5, Phoenix TV Brand Effect, MRI-Simmons, YouGov, comScore, Adobe Analytics
Successful candidate must be a strategic thinker with a strong interest in advertising/media research and consumer insights
Knowledge of or familiarity with social media measurement such as ListenFirst or Talkwalker SCR a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau and/or Microstrategy a plus
