To date, the NKR has facilitated over 12,100 living donor kidney transplants, removing these 12,100 patients from the deceased donor wait list, and allowing another 12,100 patients on the wait list to achieve a transplant. The NKR is a family-run organization leveraging the principles of high-performance teams with the aim of doubling the number of living donor kidney transplants in the next 5 years. Achieving this will save thousands of lives and is expected to save the U.S. government billions of dollars in dialysis costs. Please Note: This position requires the final candidate to spend 3-6 months in our operations department to learn not only the business but also how we operate, and the level of integrity and grit required to work here. While in Operations, the candidate will need to work 5 days a week in the Greenwich Office. Position Overview Responsibilities Video Production & Content Creation Develop, script, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, training, and storytelling. Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to deliver videos that align with organizational goals and branding. Utilize advanced video equipment (e.g., Red Komodo X, DJI 4D) and Adobe post-production software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) to create visually compelling assets. Maintain a thorough quality assurance process to ensure consistent branding and error-free deliverables. Prioritize and manage multiple video projects under tight deadlines. Product Management & Strategic Leadership Support the creation of the Nutcracker Care Network whose aim is to help those diagnosed with Nutcracker Syndrome heal through a therapeutic nephrectomy. Manage and improve the patient intake system (PASS – Patient Automated Screening System). Present creative solutions and demonstrate a proactive approach to projects for which the Marketing Department is responsible. Identify gaps in marketing initiatives and propose actionable solutions to enhance program efficiency. Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in film, marketing, journalism, history, or a related field Experience 2+ years of professional experience in video production and content creation preferred Skills Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Frame.io, and WordPress Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously Experience with script development, system design, and workflow planning Excellent communication skills, ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt to dynamic challenges Familiarity with marketing platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, and Canva is a plus Compensation & Schedule Requirements Salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 401K match up to 5% Profit sharing, which historically has been 10% of salary Once operations training is complete, the candidate will work no less than 4 days in the Greenwich office with up to 1 optional work-from-home days per week.
