Position Summary
We are currently seeking an Account Executive with technical solar knowledge based in India (Bangalore, preferably) to join our RatedPower team with experience in power and renewables. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry‑leading solutions and to be part of the energy transition by creating intelligent connections across the energy value chain.

Performance Objectives

Represent the products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them. Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas.

Ideate the country strategy for the relevant territories and coordinate with the marketing team to launch optimal promotional actions.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from presenting products and services to Sales Qualified Leads to securing a deal.

Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Unearth new sales opportunities by building strong networks, attending trade shows, and conducting in‑person/online meetings, turning them into long‑term partnerships.

Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs and maximize customer loyalty.

Identify and coordinate priority market needs with both Customer Support and Product teams.

Competitive Candidate Profile

Hindi and English with a C1‑C2 level of proficiency.

Prior experience in sales and customer management, specifically closing power and renewables and SaaS deals, with an ASP between $20‑100K.

+2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry.

Empathy and excellent communication skills.

Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.

Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.

Highly self‑driven sense of motivation.
