As part of our continued expansion in the US market, we are looking to bring on a Business Development Associate who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business growth within the technology sector. Role Overview This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in business development, technology sales, or IT staffing, who enjoys working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our client base by identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and helping deliver tailored staffing and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Pipeline Growth Research and identify potential clients across industries with IT hiring or project needs Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and market research Initiate contact with prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to understand client requirements Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain relationships with IT leaders, hiring managers, and key decision‑makers Act as a point of contact for client inquiries related to staffing and project support Support ongoing client engagement to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Track interactions and maintain accurate client records using CRM tools Work closely with internal recruiting teams to align on client requirements and candidate profiles Support the presentation of IT staffing services including contract, contract‑to‑hire, and full‑time placements Assist in positioning solutions related to Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) based on client needs Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams throughout the hiring process Sales Process & Coordination Participate in various stages of the sales cycle including outreach, qualification, proposal support, and onboarding coordination Assist in preparing client proposals, service agreements, and follow‑ups Support negotiations and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams Monitor progress of opportunities and contribute to revenue tracking Qualifications Required Previous experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Staffing, or Recruitment Sales Demonstrated ability to support client acquisition, account growth, or revenue‑generating activities Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Organized and comfortable managing multiple client interactions simultaneously Self‑motivated with a proactive and professional approach Preferred Experience working within IT staffing, consulting, or technology services Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Existing network within the Houston or US business/technology market Compensation Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is aligned with experience, role scope, and performance expectations.
