Job Summary The Marketing Manager supports the Atlanta Leadership and Leasing team by developing and executing marketing initiatives that promote the Atlanta office portfolio and strengthen relationships with the brokerage community. This role partners directly with the leasing team to create marketing campaigns and materials that support leasing efforts across the Atlanta portfolio.
This is an in‑office position, not a hybrid or remote position. This is an exempt position.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Atlanta leasing team, providing strategic and day‑to‑day marketing support
Develop and manage marketing budgets related to Atlanta leasing initiatives
In collaboration with external agencies, oversee creative development for leasing marketing materials including print advertising, direct mail, e‑marketing campaigns, and property marketing collateral (including Costar)
Ensure marketing materials align with overall leasing strategy and are produced on schedule and within budget
Collaborate with the Atlanta leasing team to develop blast e‑mail and direct delivery campaigns promoting available office space and leasing contact information to the brokerage community
Maintain and update property marketing materials and digital assets for Atlanta properties
Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors including marketing agencies, printers, sign companies, production facilities, advertising representatives, and web design partners
Maintain a library of property photography, marketing assets, and collateral for Atlanta properties
Manage invoice coding and cataloging related to Atlanta leasing marketing expenses

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a concentration in Marketing
2–5 years of marketing experience
Ability to partner effectively with the leasing team and provide responsive, high‑quality marketing support
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑starter who can take initiative and proactively respond to team needs
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Working knowledge of website content management systems and basic web coding preferred
Responsiveness – Need to perform responsibilities with an acute sense of urgency to meet the needs of others or deadlines; respond to solve problems; willing to accept a variety of tasks associated with this position.
