Role Overview The Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities by engaging manufacturers and rep firms interested in modern, AI-driven analytics. This is a consultative, insight-led role focused on discovery, education, and opportunity development—not high-volume transactional selling. The role works closely with sales leadership and product teams to identify qualified prospects, advance early-stage conversations, and position Relevate’s AI Analytics Engine as a strategic solution. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage manufacturers and rep firms through outbound and inbound outreach Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect data challenges, sales workflows, and growth objectives Position Relevate’s AI Analytics Engine around rep-level insights, opportunity visibility, and sales actions Qualify opportunities based on fit, urgency, and potential business impact Advance qualified opportunities to product demonstrations and next-stage sales discussions Maintain accurate tracking of activities, contacts, and opportunities in CRM Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams on messaging and feedback Support industry events, conferences, and targeted campaigns as needed Qualifications & Skills 2–5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or BDR/SDR roles Experience selling B2B SaaS, analytics, data, or technology solutions Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable discussing data, analytics, and business performance Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools What Success Looks Like Consistent generation of qualified opportunities within target industry segments Strong discovery conversations that uncover real data and sales challenges High-quality opportunity handoff to sales leadership Clear articulation of Relevate’s value tied to insights and outcomes Contribution to improving messaging and go-to-market execution Why Join Us You’ll be part of a nimble, collaborative team driving modern, data-driven marketing for high-growth brands.
