Marketing & Presentation Specialist

A leading national security integration company is looking for a Presentation Specialist to join their Phoenix, AZ team. Position Overview This role is responsible for creating professional, polished presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients. The right candidate will combine strong PowerPoint skills with social media marketing knowledge to support business development efforts, client-facing proposals, and company branding. This is an immediate need with the expectation to start within one week. Key Responsibilities Build, design, and deliver high-quality presentations using PowerPoint for internal teams and client-facing proposals Support bid and proposal efforts by creating compelling visual content that helps win new business Manage and create content for company social media channels including Instagram and LinkedIn Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to develop marketing materials and presentations that align with company goals Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications Assist with general administrative and executive support tasks as needed Required Qualifications Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint with a portfolio or examples of past presentation work Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn) Marketing degree preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to take direction and turn concepts into professional visual content quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Must be available to start immediately Benefits and Compensation Pay range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually Full benefits package Direct hire position with long-term career growth opportunity Why Work With Us This company promotes from within and has a strong track record of developing talent.
