All Federal Work-Study students should read the program rules and regulations located at http://www.belmont.edu/sfs/employment/fws.html Primary Duties And Responsibilities Begin and End Date: August 25, 2025-April 24, 2026 Schedule of Days needed: Monday through Thursday Schedule of Hours needed: 8:00-3:00 (those are hours of operation for the school; the student(s) will work as many hours as possible during that window, but scheduling is extremely flexible) Description of Duties: Students will offer assistance to the MSAP Site Coordinator for all aspects of marketing, student recruitment, community outreach initiatives, copy and content development, database development and maintenance, direct marketing, social media advertising and content development, event planning and staffing, internal and external communications, and other marketing assignments as they materialize. Required Qualifications Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Familiarity with social media management desired. Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar platforms would be helpful as well. Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required Experience Prior experience in copy development, event planning, and business studies is desired but not required.
