About Kiki: Today, we're an invite-only sublet club. But we’re on a mission to unchain NYC and eventually the world from the constraints of rent. What does that mean? People can’t leave freely and have no freedom because they’re stuck paying rent when they’re away and can’t trust anyone to stay in their home. This is an incredibly complex problem to solve because we’re changing human behavior. When we pull this off, we will have created a brand new market that literally doesn't exist yet. Pretty freaking cool. Your role: Not just operations and marketing but will involve working across the entire business (everything apart from coding lol). This will range from marketing, operations, business development, customer service, growth, strategy, and product design and ideas. In short, you're the hero of the marketplace. Responsibilities: Be the face of the Kiki marketplace: make Instagram posts and stories to drive community engagement. Interact with thousands of users and community members daily through Instagram. Maintain high quality of communication and response time (sub 5 minutes). Foster trust between our users and Kiki. Address and resolve issues that arise within day-to-day operations. Be the voice of the customer to the rest of the team, relaying patterns or suggestions for process improvements. Contribute ideas on the company’s goals and strategies to achieve them. Qualifications: We believe that any skills needed for this job can be taught, so prior experience with Instagram, community management, customer service, marketing, or operations is not necessary. The only requirement is that you are ready to go all in on Kiki, make it your one thing, and help us change how the world lives.
