What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and expand the existing customer base while identifying new market opportunities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from demand creation to successful business closure
Collaborate with management to formulate and execute strategic sales plans for the Central Region
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare price quotes, and negotiate agreements
Continuously assess market needs and trends to inform new product introductions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
Minimum of five years of experience in technical sales and customer management
Demonstrated sales experience with mixed-signal analog and digital integrated semiconductors
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer engagements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Industrial application experience in areas such as Power Tools, Robotics, and Thermal Management
Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales goals
Ability to collaborate effectively within a global network
