Job Description
The Marketing Manager develops a deep, technical understanding of the product portfolio and creates impactful messaging and campaigns that enable sales success. This is a hands‑on role responsible for executing marketing initiatives from concept through delivery, while tracking performance and optimizing results.
This position works cross‑functionally with product management and sales teams to drive demand, support product launches, and ensure consistent positioning across all channels.
What You’ll Do
Partner with product management and sales enablement teams to promote existing products and launch new capabilities
Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and use cases
Create and manage sales enablement tools including presentations, datasheets, cheat sheets, value propositions, and press materials
Equip the sales organization with tools and messaging to effectively position products across various market segments
Drive demand generation and product adoption initiatives
Build customer relationships to develop case studies, references, and advocacy programs
Serve as an internal subject matter expert for marketing and sales content
Plan, coordinate, and execute an annual conference along with 20–25 trade shows per year
Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance
Conduct win/loss analysis interviews and present insights to leadership
Required Skills
3–5 years of Product Marketing experience
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and support sales as a key internal stakeholder
Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with marketing tools; experience with HubSpot preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
