Most great businesses are misunderstood. TrueSpace is on a mission to fix that, and they need a sharp Senior Marketing Manager to help tell that story.
TrueSpace
TrueSpace is a Denver-based company on a mission to fix how small and medium-sized businesses are seen by lenders, investors, customers, and talent. Too many great businesses are undervalued or misunderstood simply because there's no reliable way to assess their operational strength. TrueSpace is changing that by building longitudinal intelligence infrastructure for the private SMB market, giving businesses the tools to understand, improve, and demonstrate how they operate over time.
With deep roots in Colorado's entrepreneurial ecosystem and a growing network of capital and ecosystem partners, TrueSpace is at an inflection point: the product is real, the partnerships are in place, and now it's time to build the brand to match.
What You Will Do
As TrueSpace's Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing function end-to-end, setting strategy, building messaging, and executing campaigns that generate qualified interest and earn trust across three distinct audiences: business owners, ecosystem partners, and capital partners. You will work hand-in-hand with the leadership team and cross-functional partners to ensure marketing reflects the real customer experience and the story stays consistent and compelling at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
Develop a simple, focused marketing strategy that clarifies who we serve, the problems we solve, and how we talk about the company
Build a practical marketing plan and calendar across core channels including LinkedIn, email, website, events, and webinars
Create or oversee the content that brings campaigns to life, including articles, email sequences, case studies, and video or webinar scripts
Define what should be in-house versus outsourced, and manage freelancers or agencies accordingly
Turn ideas, research, and customer insights into clear, compelling content that positions TrueSpace credibly with business owners and capital partners, while ensuring messaging stays consistent across all touchpoints
Work with sales or client-facing teams to ensure they have current, on-brand materials
Design and refine lead funnels from first touch to qualified opportunity, partnering with sales to set clear lead stages and handoff criteria
Track and report on key metrics such as lead volume, quality, conversion, and channel performance and suggest realistic improvements based on that data
Create decks and simple explainer materials that help partners understand who we serve and when to introduce us
Build light processes for planning, reporting, and sharing results with the team
