Job Summary
Are you a social media guru with a passion for senior care? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our community’s marketing efforts, with a primary focus on developing and implementing creative, data-driven social media strategies. You will manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and build our brand reputation to drive occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating Clinical Programming Content Marketing: Create, develop, and manage marketing materials that highlight our vast clinical programming success.
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage all content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to showcase daily life, events, and staff highlights.
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns aimed at families and healthcare professionals.
Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of residents and activities, ensuring HIPAA compliance and positive storytelling.
Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews, respond to comments, and maintain a positive online brand reputation.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Community Outreach: Collaborate with the center marketing teams to promote community events and increase brand visibility within the local community. This includes working extensively with center marketing, admissions and clinical liaison for local senior community outreach.
Website Management: Act as liaison between the companies website designer, the principal and the center marketing teams to constantly update the newly developed center and adult day health websites.
Crisis Management: Act as liaison between the companies Crisis Management Consultants, Corporate/Center leadership and the Media.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a specialized focus on social media management.
Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging video and written content.
Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance in digital marketing.
