We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Contractor (Paid Media) to help scale one of Neighbor’s most important growth engines: host acquisition. This role is highly execution-focused and will work closely with the Head of Host Marketing to manage and optimize paid campaigns that bring new hosts onto the platform. You’ll run experiments, optimize performance, and help scale acquisition efficiently as the marketplace grows.
Primary Responsibilities Paid Acquisition Management
Own execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, with Meta as the primary channel
Support additional platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging channels as testing opportunities arise
Launch and manage campaigns including audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and conversion optimization
Creative Testing
Launch and iterate on ad creative and messaging in partnership with the marketing team
Test new creative concepts including UGC, testimonials, and performance-driven formats
Identify patterns in winning creatives and scale successful concepts
Performance Optimization
Monitor and improve key metrics including CAC, cost per published listing, and ROAS
Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, placements, and campaign structures
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
Insights & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance and surface actionable insights to the growth team
Help connect paid media performance to downstream marketplace outcomes such as listings published, host activation, and long-term host value
Qualifications 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns
Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager
Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign performance data
Ability to independently launch experiments and iterate quickly
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment
Contract Details Estimated 10–15 hours per week initially , with potential to scale as campaigns grow
